PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- The Fourth of July started early in Lake Oswego after discarded fireworks led to a fire Wednesday night, officials said.
According to Lake Oswego Fire, crews responded to a dumpster fire at the Westlake shopping center which had started after fireworks were improperly discarded.
Authorities said two teens had been seen in the parking lot lighting off fireworks before the fire.
