Nooruddin Azizi, Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce of the Taliban administration, has agreed with Jamshid Khojayev, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, to establish a “Trade chamber” between the two countries.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce stated in the Wednesday, July 4th newsletter that discussions during these meetings covered trade, transit issues, the Afghanistan railway, and cooperation on electricity transmission from Surkhan to Pul-e-Khumri.
