PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- The Darlene 3 Fire is now 100% contained a week after it first sprung up in Deschutes County, officials said.
The fire, which grew to be just under 4,000 acres, was determined to be human-caused; however, the exact cause is still under investigation.
