A court in Germany has sentenced a 15-year-old teenager to four years in prison for plotting a terrorist attack on a Christmas market.
The verdict was issued yesterday, Saturday, June 28, by a state court in Cologne, Germany, where the 15-year-old Afghan youth was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and disturb public peace.
The Cologne State Court found that he had coordinated with a 16-year-old acquaintance from Russia last autumn over a few weeks to attack the Christmas market in Lurkuzen.
