As the closest Philadelphia has to royalty, Jason and Kylie Kelce are used to regularly encountering excited (and sometimes unruly) fans. So when the former Eagles center spotted a young fan wearing his #62 jersey out in the wild, all the way across the pond while supporting his possible future sister-in-law Taylor Swift at a London stop of her Eras tour, he couldn't help but make the kid's day.
