On the 6th of March in 1945, a man named George Nissen created a device to aid in gymnastics. He called the device a trampoline from a Spanish word for “diving board.”
Decades later, trampolines have become a part of growing up. Almost every kid has at least a small trampoline, and even larger trampolines have become an occasional feature in many backyards. Some attractions have an indoor kids trampoline.
Visiting a trampoline park is often loads of fun, especially for children. This raises the question of why.
