Three residents fled from a two-alarm fire that broke out at a Greenbrae apartment, according to the Central Marin Fire Department. No injuries were reported.
The fire was reported at about 11 p.m. Tuesday at 921 Via Casitas. Crews knocked the fire down quickly and learned there were occupants who escaped on their own, fire Capt. Brian Peterson said Wednesday.
The cause and origin of the fire remain under investigation, and there is no estimated cost of the damage, Peterson said.
