TOPEKA (KSNT) - This Memorial Day weekend is expected to be a big weekend for local parks.
Shawnee County is prepared for the high numbers expected at Lake Shawnee. With the opening of Shawnee County pools just in time for the weekend, the stage is set for the anticipated crowds.
27 News spoke with Sean Zears from Shawnee County Parks and Recreation about taking advantage of the warm weather.
