NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – May’s Flower Full Moon is set to rise in New York City on Thursday, the last full moon of spring.
The full moon will reach peak illumination at 9:53 a.m., according to Almanac. The full moon is nicknamed the Flower Moon because of the flowers blooming in spring.
