Alina Habba, Donald Trump's attorney, may have violated a judge's limited gag order preventing her client and his attorneys from speaking about witnesses in a hush money trial.
During an interview on Fox News, Habba brought up witness Michael Cohen without prompting by the hosts.
"The indictment [of Trump] goes to a books and records crime, a book and record crime that was done at Trump Tower by an accountant that booked a legal fee as a legal fee," Habba said of the charges against Trump.
