A Chihuahua-pug cross was left with weeping blisters on its face after brushing past giant hogweed.
Sue Earley was walking her pet Peanut in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, when the animal was scorched by the UK’s ‘most dangerous plant’.
She developed a lump on its nose, which Sue initially put it down to a bee sting, but it soon morphed into angry red blisters.
