TOPEKA (KSNT) - The City of Topeka has been awarded a grant from the Department of Justice (DOJ) to provide a treatment program to victims of domestic violence.
A division of the DOJ, the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is awarding more than $488,000 in grants to improve treatment at local providers Halley Counseling Services and the Family Peace Initiative.
