KANSAS (KSNT) - Widespread severe weather is expected today and tonight with tornados, strong straight-line winds and baseball-sized hail on the table.
According to KSNT Meteorologist Ely Millard, there will be a chance for hail up to 3 inches in diameter, straight-line winds up to 80 mph and the chance for strong tornados.
According to the National Weather Service, isolated flash flooding is also possible. Storms are expected to roll into the northeast Kansas area mid-afternoon to late evening.
