COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – A two-week decline in the average cost of a gallon of gas in the Columbus area erased a recent jump in which the price rose by over a quarter.
After the average gas price in the Columbus metro area climbed up to a 2024 high of $3.69 per gallon two weeks ago, prices dropped by 14 cents, one week after falling 11 cents, back to an average of $3.44, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 500 stations.
