Connecticut State Police have arrested a man in connection with a street takeover last year in Tolland that led to a bystander’s car being damaged.
Jaki S. Haynes, 21, of East Hartford, turned himself in at the Troop H barracks this week on charges of inciting a riot, conspiracy to commit first-degree riot and accessory to commit first-degree riot, according to Connecticut State Police.
He was charged after state police detectives from the Central District Major Crime Squad obtained a warrant for his arrest.
