'No way, no how': Judge denies Trump request to postpone testimony during gag order appeal
New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron denied a request to postpone Donald Trump's testimony in his $250 million civil fraud trial.
On Tuesday, attorneys for Trump asked the judge to put Trump's Monday testimony on hold while they appealed a gag order that prevents plaintiffs or defendants from referring to court staff. Trump has previously attacked one of the judge's clerks by name on social media.
