Russian President Vladimir Putin to travel to Saudi Arabia, UAE

Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to travel to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates this week, in a rare trip abroad after the issuance of an International Criminal Court arrest warrant.
