Fire officers training for EV response

Firefighters are being trained to respond in cases of emergencies involving electric vehicles as the machines increase on the island. Chief Fire Officer Errol Maynard said the training initiative began as a way to ensure their members were equipped to manage all possible hazards borne out of the technological advances in society.
