3.5 earthquake felt in OC on Monday night — is called ‘brief but noticeable’

A 3.5 magnitude earthquake was felt in Orange County on Monday evening, with no damage immediately reported.

The quake was recorded at 8:09 p.m. and was centered about 1.2 miles east of Fullerton, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
