Nixon lawyer shows 'where the worry should be' in Trump's D.C. criminal case

Donald Trump's presidential immunity argument isn't likely to be accepted by the Supreme Court, but he could still notch a win in another way, a former Nixon White House counsel said Saturday.

John Dean, a pivotal figure in the Watergate investigation, appeared on CNN Newsroom with Jim Acosta, where he was asked if Trump could potentially prevail on the immunity issue even after Judge Chutkan completely rejected it.

"Do you think Trump might be able to pull this off?" the host asked.
