Stephen Miller lashes out at Trump ruling: 'No immunity for Republican officeholders'

Former President Donald Trump's previous senior advisor, Stephen Miller, is not happy about Judge Chutkan's recent immunity ruling.

Chutkan, tasked with overseeing the criminal prosecution of Trump for alleged election subversion in the lead-up to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, ruled on Friday that the former president is not immune from criminal charges just because he was president when the purported conduct occurred.

That decision didn't sit well with Miller, who took to social media to vent about the consequences.
