The Mediterranean Sea meets embroidery at Gloria Gallery

Evgenia Vasiloudes’ visual concept is a seamless extension of her ‘textual nets’ series. Her new body of work, Embroidered Textual Scapes, will be exhibited at Gloria Gallery this December, delving into the themes of the Mediterranean Sea and the art of embroidery.

Vasiloudes’ artworks, which merge printmaking techniques with a prayer-like symbolic process, will be presented from December 5 to 22. The exhibition will be opened by the President of the House of Representatives, Annita Demetriou.
