Three clubs ‘set to WITHDRAW plan to sue Everton’ after 10-point deduction as they seek negotiated cash settlement
THREE Premier League clubs are set to withdraw their claim for compensation against Everton to instead seek a negotiated settlement.
Burnley, Leeds and Leicester served notice of their intention to sue Everton last May in a letter to the Premier League.
