Rs 2 crore dues not cleared, movie theatre sealed in Greater Noida mall

The district administration sealed a cinema hall at Grand Venice Mall in Greater Noida after the developer, Bhasin Infotech, failed to clear dues worth at least Rs 2 crore. Recovery certificates were issued by Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) and the consumer forum. Multiple reminders were sent to the developer, but they were ignored. The administration will continue to take action against developers who do not respond to recovery certificates.
