Falling enrollment at the University of Toledo is forcing painful budget cuts. Union employees picketing president Gregory Postel’s office Wednesday were certainly within their rights and understandably want to ensure that administrative ranks aren’t protected at the expense of instructors (“Proposed cuts decried by UT Union,” Thursday).
