First picture of ‘loving’ mum, 51, stabbed to death in the street

Tributes have been paid to a mum who was stabbed to death in Manchester.

Michelle Hodgkinson, 51, was attacked at around 12pm on Friday as she was walking along Edge Lane.

Despite best efforts of the emergency services, she tragically passed away at the scene.

In tribute to Ms Hodgkinson, her family said: ‘Everyone who knows Michelle is in utter shock at the attack...
