Monty Don shares what gardeners ‘need’ to do with tulips now to ‘make blooms last longer’

Famed for their buds being perfectly symmetrical, tulips are one of the easiest flowers to grow in gardens and containers. To help blooms "last longer" and "make a big difference" next year, Monty Don has taken to his gardening blog to share an "overlooked" task that "needs" to be carried out this month.
