All nine people on two crashed Black Hawk helicopters confirmed dead

Nine people were killed after two Black Hawk helicopters collided in Kentucky during a training exercise on Wednesday night.

The 101st Airborne Division confirmed the death of nine crewmembers on board two HH60 helicopters.

The crash occurred around 10.00pm on Wednesday night. The two aircraft took off from Fort Campbell on the border of Kentucky and Tennessee. They collided about 30 miles away in Trigg County.
