AUSTIN (KXAN) — After a shaky start, the Texas Longhorns defense got settled in and the offense made some big plays to take a 24-14 halftime lead Saturday against Texas Tech in Lubbock.
The Longhorns have allowed just 180 total yards to the typically productive Red Raiders offense. Through three games this year, Texas Tech has averaged 475 yards per game of total offense, so they are way off that pace so far.
