Bonus issue alert! Brigade Enterprises sets record date for 1:3 bonus share reward

Brigade Enterprises has fixed June 17 as the record date for its 1:3 bonus share issue after receiving shareholder approval through an e-voting postal ballot. Shareholders holding the company's shares in their demat accounts as of the record date will be eligible to receive one bonus share for every three shares held.
