Govt cuts subsidised LPG cylinders to Ujjwala beneficiaries to 4

The government has cut the annual subsidised cooking gas cylinders for Ujjwala scheme beneficiaries to four. This move aligns support with average household consumption. Previously, beneficiaries received twelve cylinders. A subsidy of Rs 300 per cylinder is still provided. This change follows recent LPG price increases.
