Punjab: Tear gas, water cannon used against protesting farmers at Shambhu border

Haryana police used tear gas and water cannons to stop farmers marching towards Delhi on Saturday. Farmers were injured and treated. Authorities attempted to negotiate, but farmers insisted on proceeding without Delhi's permission. This is the third such attempt, with previous marches on December 6th and 8th also blocked.
